Message #7 in a sermon series entitled 'Common Threads of a close Walk'. This sermon is called, A Steadfast Soldier; it flows from Scripture found in Philippians 3:10-14 and is based on the life of the Apostle Paul. We can clearly see that this missionary had an earnest desire to know his Lord and Savior intimately. Out of that relationship came a determination to fulfill his God given call, with the desire to give God all the praise. We know that Paul finnished his christian race triumphantly; but what about each of us. Are you in the race? Are we bringing God much glory?
